Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience with bias mitigation in ML systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and policy development
- Publications or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
