What You'll Do: Lead cross-functional ethics audits, develop bias mitigation protocols, and create transparency reports for autonomous systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and decision-making algorithms
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across all AI products
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical reviews into development sprints
- Create governance policies for generative AI and deepfake detection
- Represent the company at international AI ethics conferences and regulatory bodies
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with clients and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with ethics-by-design methodologies for complex systems
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., Stanford HAI)
- Strong background in quantitative bias metrics and fairness evaluation tools
