Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale machine learning systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Develop policies ensuring compliance with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product teams on ethical AI principles
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous monitoring systems
- Represent Nexus Horizons at industry ethics panels and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques (e.g., adversarial debiasing)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
- Strong technical proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
