Responsibilities

- Develop risk assessment methodologies for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into MLOps pipelines
- Advocate for ethical AI principles through stakeholder education and policy recommendations
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for AI product launches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Blueprint for AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven track record of developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI development lifecycle and deployment challenges
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Published research or industry contributions in AI ethics or responsible AI
