Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align AI strategy with ethical standards
- Create compliance documentation for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles and responsible deployment
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and translate into actionable guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics-focused tech role
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (Asilomar Principles, EU AI Act)
- Experience with bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CSEP, CAIG) preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI deployment
