Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Develop enterprise-wide AI ethics training programs for technical teams
- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI ethics initiatives with policymakers and industry consortia
- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Champion responsible AI innovation through internal advocacy and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles with tech companies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) preferred
