- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI models using Explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for emerging technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and update compliance protocols
- Train technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author transparency reports for autonomous systems and generative AI tools
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI liability and intellectual property frameworks
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML models
- Proven track record developing enterprise-wide AI ethics policies
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical aptitude to understand AI system architecture limitations
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, DeepMind Ethics & Society)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or sustainable tech governance
