Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for high-impact AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into ML pipelines
- Author policy whitepapers and advocate for responsible AI adoption with stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to assess AI deployment risks
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and adapt governance protocols proactively
- Mentor junior specialists on ethical AI principles and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing tools
- Published work or conference presentations on AI ethics topics
