Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing bias mitigation strategies for generative AI
- Conduct AI impact assessments for autonomous systems and large language models
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape next-gen AI legislation and standards
- Develop transparent AI auditing protocols for enterprise clients
- Drive internal AI ethics training programs across 15+ R&D divisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (2020-2024)
- Experience leading ethics committees for Fortune 500 AI deployments
- Strong background in machine learning system architecture
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., GAIG, CEGAI) required
- Fluency in AI ethics toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
