Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for quantum-enhanced machine learning models

- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (2026+)
- Conduct algorithmic impact assessments for high-stakes applications
- Create transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Mentor engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or Policy with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, GAIC) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
