- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI deployment
- Chair quarterly ethics review boards with C-suite executives and external experts
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and transparency metrics
- Advocate for inclusive design in AI development pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Strong background in bias detection and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI
