Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field with AI specialization
- 7+ years experience in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and other regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI solutions in production environments
- Exceptional analytical skills for assessing complex ethical dilemmas
- Strong background in machine learning and AI system architectures
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
