Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics policies aligned with IEEE 7000, EU AI Act, and emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias, transparency, and accountability in production AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, legal teams, and external regulators on ethical AI deployment
- Create compliance dashboards tracking AI system risks against evolving ethical frameworks
- Represent company at international AI ethics forums and contribute to industry best practices
- Oversee third-party AI vendor assessments for ethical compliance
- Develop crisis protocols for AI ethics violations and incident response
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years compliance experience
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI) or equivalent
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 standards
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong background in policy development for high-stakes AI domains
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional ethical AI governance implementation
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
