Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems in quantum-AI hybrids
- Conduct scenario planning for human-AI symbiosis in 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional audits of neural interface safety protocols
- Design bias mitigation algorithms for generative AI models
- Author white papers on AI governance for regulatory bodies
- Prototype ethical testing suites for quantum machine learning
- Advise C-suite on responsible AI adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or technology policy
- Published research on quantum ethics or human-machine symbiosis
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience with neural interface or quantum computing ethics
- Strong background in behavioral economics and cognitive bias
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
