Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethical frameworks aligned with emerging global standards

- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of AI-driven business decisions
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in ML fairness metrics, differential privacy, and explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder advocacy
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
