Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI systems, ensuring scalability and robustness for 2026 standards.
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and neural network optimization.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative algorithms to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design scalable systems that handle high-volume data streams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
