Responsibilities

- Define the technical vision for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration across enterprise products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and software solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous code reviews and architectural audits.
- Pioneering research into emerging AI technologies, including Quantum Machine Learning and Neural Interface design.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Machine Learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
