Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and real-time processing.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models to prepare for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune complex neural networks to achieve sub-millisecond inference times on edge devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core infrastructure to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Mastery: Proven track record of publishing research or deploying high-impact models in production environments.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically within AI/ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
