Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration by 2026, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Architect high-performance machine learning models and deploy them to production environments using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data science stacks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience leading teams in a remote or hybrid Agile environment.
