Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge algorithms, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to ensure AI alignment and safety standards.
- Optimize existing neural networks for reduced latency and improved energy efficiency on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging tech trends and evaluating their potential for application within our core product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven experience (5+ years) designing complex machine learning systems at scale, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning principles, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, including model versioning, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
