Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI infrastructure and model pipelines capable of supporting our 2026 growth targets.
- Model Innovation: Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning techniques, including Transformers and Large Language Models.
- System Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model inference and training cycles to reduce costs and latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Technical Depth: Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade NLP and computer vision systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and influence technical direction.
