Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing by 2026.
- Lead the research and development of Next-Gen Large Language Models (LLMs) with enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Computing APIs into mainstream AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in automated decision-making systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models that improve business outcomes.
- Experience with edge computing and optimizing models for latency-sensitive environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
