Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid architectures for real-world applications in logistics, healthcare, and climate modeling
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction protocols
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum integration with existing AI infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum research into commercial solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and ethical AI development
- Stay current with emerging quantum hardware advancements and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in AI development with proven experience in quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or AI ethics
