Responsibilities
- Perform manual planting, cultivation, and harvesting of premium crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards
- Assist with crop monitoring and pest management protocols
- Participate in post-harvest handling and packing operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team leaders to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture/farm work experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
