Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops following sustainable practices
- Maintain field hygiene and implement pest control measures
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packing operations
- Adhere to all OSHA and USDA safety regulations
- Participate in team training for equipment and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial agriculture experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (employer sponsorship provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
