Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as needed
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance and repair tasks
- Work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior farm work experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
