Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Perform field maintenance including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Monitor crop quality and report growth conditions to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist in packing, sorting, and preparing produce for shipment
- Maintain accurate field records and inventory logs
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa eligibility or willingness to sponsor
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
