Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established procedures.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with packing, sorting, and grading produce for shipment.
- Maintain field sanitation and cleanliness to prevent pest infestations.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and farm protocols.
- Load and unload trucks with agricultural products.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the US or possess a valid H2A Visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
