Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including harvesting, pruning, and weeding crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and tools safely.
- Pack harvested produce according to quality and safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks with agricultural goods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and farm regulations.
- Work in various weather conditions as required by the season.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (current visa or eligible to obtain one).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or packing is preferred but not always required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a standard vehicle.
- Reliable work history and strong work ethic.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions.
