Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation and harvesting, including planting, weeding, and gathering produce.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely.
- Monitor crop health and apply necessary irrigation or pest control measures.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and loading of harvested goods for distribution.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and farm protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or eligibility to obtain one (we provide sponsorship for qualified candidates).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes or a strong willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
