Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (strawberries, tomatoes, peppers) using proper techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Plant seeds and seedlings following farm protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per EPA guidelines
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Assist in packing and sorting produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year crop harvesting experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts, 5-6 days/week
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to farm location
