Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing crops
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) safely and efficiently
- Maintain field hygiene and implement pest control measures
- Assist with livestock care, feeding, and monitoring health conditions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Document daily production metrics and quality control activities
- Participate in seasonal crop rotations and agricultural planning
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural/farming experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (visa sponsorship provided)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to attend paid safety training
