Responsibilities
- Perform crop harvesting, planting, and maintenance tasks according to seasonal schedules
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce for distribution
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural/farm experience
