Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, fruits) using proper techniques
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters)
- Inspect and sort produce for quality standards
- Assist with planting, irrigation, and pest control
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
