Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest management protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Maintain farm facilities and equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA and USDA safety standards
- Participate in crop rotation planning and soil management
Qualifications
