Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, planting, and harvesting operations
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Sort, clean, and package harvested produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment repair
- Work in varying weather conditions including heat and early mornings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable agricultural or farm experience
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
