Responsibilities
- Perform essential farm tasks including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting high-quality crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and hand tools.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and implement appropriate treatment solutions.
- Adhere to all USDA safety regulations and company operational protocols strictly.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested produce for transport to processing facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and facility upkeep during off-seasons.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (no prior US work authorization required).
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of farming practices or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is preferred for safety communication.
