Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to farm protocols
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) with provided training
- Monitor crop health and report issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to all safety standards and environmental regulations
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Participate in seasonal tasks including pruning, thinning, and pest control
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
