Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and grains)
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain farm hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid H2A status
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
