Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using modern farming equipment
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems safely
- Maintain field hygiene and pest control protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market
- Assist in packing and loading produce for distribution
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety standards
- Participate in team training sessions for best practices
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to pursue sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to relocate to Kansas City, MO
- Pass background check and drug screening
