Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium vegetables according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain crops using sustainable practices
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following EPA guidelines
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship (we assist with application)
- Ability to perform physical labor in extreme weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work 10-12 hour days during peak season
- Willingness to relocate to Yuma, AZ for the duration
