Responsibilities
- Harvest crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Apply pesticides/fertilizers following safety protocols
- Perform field maintenance (irrigation, weeding, planting)
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently in team-based harvest operations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (or hold valid H2A status)
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic equipment operation knowledge preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
