Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack high-value crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with greenhouse operations when needed
- Work in all weather conditions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (no prior violations)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
