Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery and equipment for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Maintain farm infrastructure and equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural work experience required
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions
