Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through pest control and fertilization
- Inspect and maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Assist with packing and shipping produce
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility for sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work extended hours during harvest season
