Responsibilities
- Plant seeds and seedlings in accordance with agricultural schedules and instructions.
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, thinning, and cultivating crops.
- Harvest crops using hand tools or machinery, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Load and unload harvested materials onto trucks for transport to storage or processing facilities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in irrigation and general farm maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays during harvest seasons.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery and tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa candidates preferred).
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
