Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following organic protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market

- Maintain farm equipment and facilities in optimal condition

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year documented agricultural experience
