Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Maintain crop health through pest/weed control and fertilization
- Inspect crops for quality and harvest readiness
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Adhere to strict safety and environmental standards
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Physically able to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
