Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and pest control
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packing
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas per safety standards
- Adhere to all agricultural protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year documented experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to apply through sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
