Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop planting, maintenance, and harvesting
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop sorting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic maintenance tasks
- Assist with irrigation system management and crop monitoring
- Document daily production activities and report issues to supervisors

Qualifications
